Who we are

Evelyn Hernandez and Emil Perren together with our daughter Andrea.

Evelyn was born in Cuba and I grew up in Zermatt. We are happily married and live together with Andrea in Zermatt.

Since 2016 we have been renting out various beautiful vacation apartments in Havana, in the Vedado district.

We have been offering beautiful vacation apartments for rent in the Vedado district of Havana since 2016.

After renting out apartments in Zermatt to permanent tenants for a long time, we have now decided to offer them to vacation guests as well. We guarantee you all the comforts and a perfect home for your next vacation.

We want you to feel completely at home in our apartments. For this reason, we are happy to help you with any questions and concerns during your stay. We are always there for you!
